Job Description
We are looking for individuals with a kind, compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant you will be the link between our Care Manager, and the Care Assistant team, you will conduct introductions between clients and Care Assistants, conduct training for the Care Assistant team, and provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep independent in their own home. You will be based both within the field, when providing care to our clients, and in the office when supporting the Care Manager.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable spending time in the company of others.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will also help to ensure that Home Instead Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire remain CQC compliant, by supporting our Care Manager in this area.
This role is a full-time position, with guaranteed contracted hours. You will therefore be expected to work alternative weekends in addition to a minimum of two evenings per week, as a part of your working availability.
