Key Responsibilities
- Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused plans that balance risk and need.
- Build effective relationships with children and families to ensure their voices inform care planning.
- Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to deliver coordinated safeguarding interventions.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement and audit processes
- • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- • Experience within children’s services, ideally in assessment or safeguarding teams.
- • Proven experience managing statutory casework within a local authority setting.
